Summary

Yan Luo and Shi Mu prepare to disguise themselves to avoid detection as they follow Ximen Xue's group to the White Cloud Temple. After changing their appearances, they arrive at the temple, which is eerily quiet. Upon entering, they find the main hall empty except for a statue. Suddenly, they hear a noise and discover a confrontation between Ximen Xue's group and a faction of Daoists from the Licheng Sect. Tensions rise as accusations of betrayal and exploitation of resources are exchanged.
