Summary

Pei Zi Yun learns from the Phantom Lady that to become a god, he must perform great deeds, but he chooses self-exile over killing a Titan. He sets out to the Sacred Garden to find the Golden Apple Tree, navigating a desolate desert where he encounters fairies. One fairy, Aegle, offers to guide him to a spring, sharing a tale of a thief who found water by kicking a rock. Pei Zi Yun, grateful, follows her to an oasis, but after drinking the water, he falls asleep due to a potion. Ti Feng, the guardian, plans to kill him, but before he can act, three arrows are shot at him, indicating a brewing conflict.
