Summary

In Qing Long Zhai, a young general in armor battles bandits to rescue his sister, Pan Hong Ji, whom he believes is in danger. The bandits reveal she has eloped with a scholar, causing shock and anger. The general, Pan Zheng, learns of her marriage and vows to find her. Meanwhile, at Lu Fu, Lu Ren and others prepare for the soldiers' arrival. Pan Zheng confronts Lu Ren, seeking his sister and the scholar. Lu Ren realizes the connection and invites Pan Zheng in, explaining the scholar is away for exams.
