Summary

As dawn broke, Yue Chen and Shen Li Dan emerged from the bedroom, with Shen appearing enchanting despite her laziness. A note from Bai Man indicated she and Wan had gone out for breakfast. Shen offered to make soup for Yue Chen, whom she cherished deeply. Despite feeling awkward about sharing a bed, she was filled with joy at their closeness. However, Yue Chen sensed something was off when he noticed Bai Man and Wan had been gone too long. He abruptly left, telling Shen it was urgent, causing her to worry about his well-being. Yue Chen rushed to Fan City, realizing Bai Man and Wan were in danger, having been captured by Sun A Cai. Fueled by anger and concern, he blamed himself for being weak and rushed to save them. In a desperate move, he forced the taxi driver to stop on the highway, leaving the driver terrified but with cash left behind. After exiting the taxi, Yue Chen arrived at the Wangzhuang Welfare Institute, where he learned his family was safe. However, sensing danger in the nearby peach orchard, he prepared for confrontation.
