Summary

In a vast ocean, a powerful army navigates with a unique formation, controlling the tides and calming the turbulent skies. Beneath the sea, the Shui Zu Yao Wang and his council discuss the increasing underwater hurricanes threatening their survival. Above, Ye Qing Yu, empowered by the Guangming Temple, explores new territories, arriving at a desert tribe's oasis. The tribe, parched and desperate, rejoices at finding water, their leader guiding them to drink sparingly. As they return to their village, the community celebrates the precious resource, cherishing every drop. Ye Qing Yu then shifts his focus to the northeastern Xuehua country, where majestic mountains loom ominously, hinting at danger.
