Chapter 64: The Path of the Evil Kirin. [64]
Summary
In Su Mu's recollection, a sinister iron train filled with corpses was en route to Changsha, carrying a coffin with clues to an ancient tomb. The Easterners aimed to exploit the Nine Sects for access to celestial iron within the tomb. As Su Mu approached the mine, he sensed danger from a virus experiment and decided to investigate alone. He underwent a perilous evil transformation, becoming a near-corpse with enhanced abilities. Confronting Japanese soldiers at the mine, he was shot but remained unharmed, revealing the limitations of firearms against his new form. Su Mu's transformation granted him strength beyond normal humans, preparing him for the challenges ahead.Full content
