Summary

Doli City is a bustling hub where Lu Jia, after parting from a meeting, wanders through vibrant streets filled with enticing aromas and lively vendors. He recalls his past shopping experiences and enjoys sampling various foods. Eventually, he enters the "Fortune Tavern," where he reunites with his friend Anthony, who reveals the dire situation back in their village, which has suffered attacks from mysterious individuals. Lu Jia, now part of the City Patrol, vows to investigate these calamities. Anthony shares how many from their village have settled in Doli City, thanks to the help of a kind benefactor, Lord A Lu Shan, who has provided support and opportunities for those displaced.
