Summary

Hu Li took care of a big yellow dog sent to Grandma's courtyard. Yue Chen chatted with Xiao Wan about her relatives and living situation. Xiao Wan lived with Aunt Li in a poor village called Cao Dian. As they approached, they saw Aunt Li entangled with a man in a white coat. The man, claiming to be a doctor, accused Aunt Li of being crazy, prompting Yue Chen to intervene. Aunt Li, confused and agitated, calmed down in Yue Chen's arms, while Xiao Wan explained her aunt's condition. After a heartfelt moment, Yue Chen reassured Xiao Wan about her future in a welfare home. He checked her pulse and unexpectedly felt a cool breath enter him, which vanished without harm. This left him puzzled as Xiao Wan's spiritual energy seemed to dissipate. Despite his concerns, he assured her of help with the welfare home procedures, and she expressed her gratitude joyfully.
