Summary

Ouyang Ming and Da Huang are searching for spirit grass. Da Huang feels resentful about giving the collected spirit grass to a lazy turtle, but Ouyang Ming promises to give it a drop of immortal liquid daily, which excites Da Huang. They find a giant python coiled around a sturdy tree that is actually the largest spirit grass. Da Huang attacks the python but gets ensnared. However, it uses its power to expand and defeats the python. Ouyang Ming collects the spirit grass and notices the lazy turtle enjoying a parasitic spirit flower on its back. The turtle is initially angry about a fallen wooden object but then is pleased to find another type of precious spiritual herb that falls from the sky.
