Summary

The story is about Zhang Ye, who has joined a new column group at CCTV. The group consists of people from various departments and channels, including two new colleagues with industry experience. Fu Si Hong and Zhang Ye are the core leaders of the group. They held a meeting to discuss the type of variety entertainment column they should create. The team brainstormed ideas, with some suggesting a singing program, but Zhang Ye wants something more innovative and unforgettable. He asked the team to gather data on the ratings and market share of other TV stations' singing programs, as well as information on guest stars and contestants. Zhang Ye is determined to create a successful program, knowing that this is a crucial moment in his career. Zhang Ye returned to his office and found his assistant, Chen Chen, playing a game on the computer. He asked her to leave, but she wanted to finish her game. After checking her homework, Zhang Ye allowed her to continue playing for a bit longer. He then sat down to write his column plan, and soon Ha Qi Qi and Zhang Zuo arrived with the completed spreadsheet and data. Zhang Ye is preparing to create a new program, and he's taking it very seriously, knowing that it's his first show on CCTV's Channel 1.
