Summary

Zhu Hao Miao emerges from the illusionary realm feeling disoriented and reflects on the impact of long-term immersion in such an environment. He returns to his dormitory, where he is greeted by his pet ferret, which has devoured all its food. Amused and frustrated, he realizes that having a pet helps anchor his self-awareness in reality. After tidying up, he receives a call from his senior sister, who urges him to confront his challenges instead of avoiding them, warning that unresolved issues can lead to a "heart demon." Zhu Hao Miao contemplates the difficulties of overcoming arrogance and decides to face the situation head-on. As he prepares to leave, his ferret, acting pitifully, gets into his pocket, ready to accompany him.
