Summary

The narrative unfolds on a blood-red Martian landscape, where Yue Chen and Flame Dance explore the outskirts of a grand metropolis. As they walk, Flame Dance inquires about Yue Chen's battlefield experiences, leading to a discussion about the Freedom Army, which she believes fights for freedom. Yue Chen, reflecting on his past, acknowledges his violent history but chooses not to explain the complexities of his battles. Flame Dance expresses a desire to leave Mars, but their conversation is interrupted by the emergence of golden-robed warriors who intend to capture Yue Chen. Despite Flame Dance's pleas for his safety, the leader, Little Wu, insists on incapacitating him to ensure their escape. In a surprising turn, Yue Chen vanishes, leaving the warriors in shock.
