Summary

In the early hours at Jiangzhou Hospital, after an emergency surgery, nurse Yang Nian Nian reveals her sinister nature. While her colleagues leave to rest, she discovers a sealed box containing a comatose Yang Zhuang, a fellow townsman. She taunts him with a scalpel, expressing her twisted love for blood and death, stemming from a traumatic childhood. Unable to move or speak, Yang Zhuang finds himself helpless as she drags him from the box and discards him in a trash bin.
