Summary

In a tense scene, General Yuan Peng, suspecting Qin Yi's intentions in Da Liang, orders his capture. As guards draw daggers, a graceful young lady, Shi Yun, intervenes, revealing her status as an Iron Guard. Despite the commander’s doubts about her identity and that of Qin Yi, she defends him fiercely, drawing her dagger in anger. Qin Yi urges her to sheath it, leading to a reluctant compliance. The guards escort the trio to the royal palace, where Qin Yi and Yan Mei Niang are imprisoned in the dungeon, while Shi Yun is treated with respect. In front of His Majesty, she discusses her alchemical training and defends her friends' intentions to obtain rare Fire Lotuses.
