Summary

In a world of power struggles, Cheng Dalei has secured a significant position in Hamagura City, which poses a threat to Song Bo Kang, the nominal king of Liangzhou. Song Bo Kang contemplates eliminating Bai Li Sheng but is hindered by the potential intervention of Cheng Dalei. Lu Luo proposes a strategy to offer Cheng Dalei a city to distract him and weaken his forces.
