Summary

Miao Yi prepares to leave with Yang Qing to bid farewell to Huo Ling Xiao, while managing the territories of Nanxuan Mansion. At the Wood Palace, Sixth Master arrives, claiming to be a friend of Miao Yi. Xi Men Yan, unsure of his intentions, is joined by Qian Er and Xue'er, who are intrigued by Sixth Master's beauty. Yan Bei Hong arrives, and they discuss Miao Yi's absence. Liu Ye, a bold figure, enters Miao Yi's quarters, demanding changes to the furnishings and asserting her authority. The maids, initially shocked, quickly realize Liu Ye is Miao Yi's sister and adjust their behavior accordingly, hoping to please her. Liu Ye insists on controlling who enters Miao Yi's life, emphasizing her protective role over her brother.
