Summary

Qin Shu, after a turbulent experience with her unstable heart of the Dao, realizes the dangers of inner demons firsthand. With the support of her companions, she resolves to confront her challenges by studying illusion formations to strengthen her abilities. As they navigate through increasing threats from ice beasts, Qin Shu carries the body of a fallen cultivator, attempting to obscure its energy to avoid further danger. Concerned for her companion Kong Shen, she rushes to find him, only to discover him and others trapped in a cold formation, seemingly unaware of her presence. Despite the cold, she feels relieved they are alive, and Kong Shen indicates he has ideas for their escape.
