Summary

In Kuhai County, a group of seven delinquents confronts Wen Chao Sheng and A Shui, believing they are there to steal their 'job.' The leader, Xu Shao Jie, threatens them, but Wen Chao Sheng swiftly retaliates by severing Xu's finger with a hidden hatchet. The shocking violence stuns both the delinquents and Cheng Feng, who had tried to defend his territory. As Xu pleads for mercy, Wen Chao Sheng demands that the delinquents never return, asserting dominance. Despite some agreeing, one delinquent threatens retaliation from their ally, Qi Ye. Wen Chao Sheng, undeterred, punishes Xu further, solidifying his fearsome reputation.
