Summary

Snow falls over the desolate plains near Bianliang City, once vibrant but now silent and abandoned due to relentless battles. The Jurchen warriors occupy Tuo Ridge, breaking ice and patrolling the area as winter deepens. Two scouts, Chen Hai and Uncle Zheng, stealthily observe the Jurchen camp, recording their findings while struggling with hunger and harsh conditions.
