Summary

Xu Chu, unable to sleep, searches for his son Xu Yi, who is missing. After learning from a spy that Xu Yi is at Pang Tong's residence and in danger from Shu bandits, Xu Chu rushes to save him. Upon arrival, he finds Xu Yi being beaten by a Shu general, Fu Rong, while his friend Dian Wei's son is injured. In a fit of rage, Xu Chu attacks Fu Rong, demonstrating his superior swordsmanship and defeating the general. As the battle escalates, Guan Ping and Zhou Cang, allies of Fu Rong, attempt to confront Xu Chu. Despite Xu Chu's overwhelming strength, Guan Ping remains calm and strategizes a retreat for his comrades. However, Xu Chu's ferocity makes escape difficult. Just as Xu Chu seems poised to defeat Guan Ping, an old man intervenes, mocking Xu Chu and preparing to fight.
