Summary

In a dark void, Huo Ling is engulfed by a blood sea, but she drinks water from Meng Po, which protects her from ghostly hands. As she flies towards a light, memories of her childhood flood back, revealing her innocence and the love of her parents. After losing them, she became emotionally numb until a man, Nie Feng, rekindled her feelings. In the darkness, she sees her parents' souls, who remind her not to be bound by memories and to live her own life. Huo Ling resolves to move forward, tears streaming, as her parents express their relief and gratitude to Meng Po for helping their daughter.
