Summary
In a tense meeting among the Buddhas, Maitreya Buddha expresses his reluctance to confront the dangerous Ye Yi Feng, fearing for his life after witnessing the deaths of powerful Buddhas. Buddha Tathagata, however, insists on action, claiming that Maitreya must take responsibility for the future of Buddhism. A golden lotus signifies divine guidance, leading Tathagata to calm the assembly and shift blame onto Ye Yi Feng. Meanwhile, Jie Yin and Zhun Ti discuss the troubling alteration of a seeker's emotions, suspecting Lady Nuwa's involvement in manipulating his thoughts.
