Summary

Shi Mu reflects on his recent training, feeling a mix of exhaustion and accomplishment after mastering powerful techniques. He recognizes the need to further enhance his internal energy to confront stronger opponents like Jin Wu. After three days of meditation, he memorizes new techniques from jade slips that will soon disintegrate. Shi Mu is then invited by Shiraishi and Xiao Ming to explore the sect, eager to socialize and learn about medicinal pills. Meanwhile, at a distant mountain peak, an elder named Chang Mei Lao Zhe teaches a gathering of animals, who listen intently. A restless white monkey struggles to understand the teachings but eventually gains enlightenment after the elder interacts with it, leading to its joyful realization.
