Summary

In the city of Xiangyang, loyal citizens continue to receive grain supplies from Liu Mang for seven days. The common people praise Liu Mang's benevolence, but the merchants from Nakahara, Cao Wei, are secretly upset that Yan Qing is not allowing them to sell grain. As the grain distribution continues, the merchants claim that the grain is decreasing, and they believe Liu Mang will not be able to distribute grain for much longer. Yan Qing threatens the merchants, but when the tenth day arrives, Liu Mang is still distributing grain. Some merchants secretly contact the Jingzhou government, hoping to sell their grain at a fair price.
