Summary

Yang Ling feels revitalized after absorbing true energy from a fire meteor but realizes he still has much to learn, especially compared to figures like Elder Ye and Li Wei. He reflects on his past sparring with Bai Qing Yu and questions why the latter is interested in him. After rejecting Gong Ruo Xue, suspected of being his enemy, he encounters Li Yan, who tries to seduce him and proposes a bet involving wine. Yang Ling suspects foul play when he feels drugged but manages to expel the substance using his true energy. He remains cautious of Li Yan's intentions, eventually incapacitating her and seeking help from Gong Ruo Xue, who seems surprised by his actions.
