Summary

Grandfather, upon waking, regretted allowing Uncle Er and his family to come to the capital, despite their initial promise not to. Uncle Er's family arrived, seeking help with a mysterious incident involving Old Zhao, a local tycoon whose bizarre behavior after a mining visit caused chaos. With con artists flocking to help, Uncle Er and the narrator were pressured into a 60-40 split of a hefty reward for any successful cure. Arriving at the Zhao family's villa, they faced a chilly reception, but after much persuasion, they were allowed inside. Eventually, the afflicted Old Zhao displayed a moment of clarity, addressing the narrator as "Grandpa," hinting at a possible breakthrough in resolving his condition.
