Summary

However, the arrival of a half-elderly Taoist and his disciple Yi Fan disrupted the proceedings, as the Taoist insisted on Yi Fan's participation despite Ye Chen's objections. Tensions rose as Ye Piao Ling, another villager, also expressed his desire to join, provoking Ye Chen's anger. The villagers reacted with disdain towards Ye Piao Ling, who felt humiliated but determined. Yi Fan recognized the challenge ahead, realizing that the competition would be tougher than expected.
