Summary

At Bright Moon Lake, Han Feng Xue and Yuan Meng Yao enjoy a romantic outing, deepening their relationship. Meanwhile, in the Duke’s mansion, a middle-aged man investigates Han Feng Xue's past, particularly his connections with the Third Prince and Princess Yue. In the imperial palace, Princess Ao Yue learns of the Duke's investigation and orders continued surveillance. Unbeknownst to Han Feng Xue, scheming nobles are targeting him. He practices music with Old Chai, demonstrating impressive skill but seeking to enhance its power. The next day, Han Feng Xue plans a trip with Yuan Meng Yao but warns her to return to the tavern as a cavalry unit approaches. As they are surrounded, Han Feng Xue recognizes the elderly man leading the cavalry as Duke O, feeling the weight of his authoritative presence.
