Summary

In the town of Tongchuan, a sudden noise awakens Lu Yi Ju, the county magistrate, who learns that the east city gate has been destroyed by a powerful figure named Gao Cheng from the Holy Cult. Gao Cheng declares that Tongchuan is now under the Holy Cult's control and warns against resistance, threatening bloodshed. Despite his desire to fight back, Lu Yi Ju realizes the futility of resistance against six Nourishing Seal cultivators and ultimately submits to their demands for the sake of his people.
