Summary

In the second year of Yuande, Zhou Ren and Zhu Fu Yan oversee salt production in Sheyang County, a vital salt hub in ancient China. Despite initial success, a mass migration ordered by the emperor leaves them alone, fearing an impending storm. As anxiety mounts, Zhu Fu Yan hopes for the storm's arrival, aware that political instability could lead to dire consequences for him. Suddenly, a catastrophic storm approaches, overwhelming the calm sea and plunging Sheyang into chaos.
