Summary

In a harrowing scene, Qing Ling loses her left arm to the Abyss of Curses, overwhelmed by confusion and despair as her companion Yan Gui is killed. The Abyss unleashes deadly black rays, randomly obliterating everything around it. Gao Yang arrives just in time to save Qing Ling from certain death, but she suffers from a painful curse. Despite her protests, he treats her wounds, realizing he is the "Child of the Sacred," destined to oppose the Abyss. As he confronts the Abyss, it transforms into a dark version of himself, uttering the word "die," signaling an impending clash between light and darkness.
