Summary

Shao Yong, a former trickster, unexpectedly finds himself entangled in the affairs of the world after being wronged by Wang Ning An. Despite his disdain for Wang, he pretends to be his friend to regain his reputation. Shao Yong seeks refuge in Qingcheng Mountain to escape the chaos as Wang Ning An leads an army into Shu, but he soon realizes he cannot avoid the turmoil. Zhang Gun, the Taoist master of Qingcheng, expresses his concerns about the situation, suggesting that Shao Yong should intervene with Wang Ning An. However, Shao Yong doubts that Wang would listen. As tensions rise, Wang Ning An's actions lead to the sealing of Qingcheng Mountain, provoking outrage among Zhang Gun's followers. Cheng Zhi Cai, a member of the Cheng family with a personal grudge against Wang Ning An, rallies support to confront him, aiming to free Zhang Gun.
