Summary

Bai Ze, faced with the perilous labyrinth, decides to stay overnight rather than risk certain death by leaving. He believes that as long as he remains awake, he might avoid disappearing, aided by the protective Phoenix Feather Cloak. As night falls, he activates the cloak, creating a protective energy circle around himself and an unconscious carp. Despite the looming threat of mirror monsters, Bai Ze successfully maintains the energy shield, proving the cloak's protective capabilities. When the carp awakens, he realizes Bai Ze saved him, and Bai Ze reveals himself as the Grey Phoenix, showcasing the cloak's power and their survival against the labyrinth's dangers.
