Summary

Sun Pang Zi orchestrated a trap for Xiang Bei, spreading rumors about ancient tortoise shells in a fake underground palace. After half a year of preparation, he created a scenario with various artifacts to lure Xiang Bei. Despite a fierce battle with Guang Ren, Huo Shan, and Gui Bu Gui, Xiang Bei managed to escape using a forbidden technique, though he suffered severe injuries and lost his powers. Meanwhile, Shao Yi Yi was confined to the Capital Area due to potential dangers from Xiang Bei. Ren San returned, boosting the Civil Investigation Bureau's strength. As the year ended, pressure from Xiang Bei faded, allowing some restrictions to lift. The Bureau prepared for the New Year celebrations while Sun Pang Zi humorously declared he would work alone during the holiday.
