Summary

In the ascension ceremony of the immortal city, Modan showed indifference despite representing the Xinghe Immortal City. He left the ceremony quickly, needing to discuss plans with Ling Gu. Upon arriving at the Yue Gui Immortal Rest House, he was confronted by two fifth-grade Pill Kings, Geng Ji and Di Bai Sheng, who sought to acquire Modan's tokens for the Yuxian Valley. Modan, however, rejected their advances and aggressively attacked Di Bai Sheng, injuring him severely. As the situation escalated, onlookers gathered, including Wen Lian Xi and others, who were concerned about the implications of the conflict with the Medicinal Pill Alliance. Modan remained unfazed, offering one of his tokens to Wen Lian Xi while the Pill Kings contemplated their next move.
