Summary

You Cheng Shi Dai uses a special magic card to create a Gotham City-like environment in the duel arena. You Feng is impressed by the card's effect and praises its power. Suddenly, a staff member announces that a special guest judge will participate in the joint review of the test. The guest judge is revealed to be Katsuya Jonouchi and Muto Yugi, who are video calling from another location. The crowd is shocked and excited by their appearance. You Feng draws a card and summons an Electronic Dragon, then uses a magic card to special summon two Sebadoragon in attack position. He then Ultra Summons an Electronic New Star Dragon, a level-less monster that has evolved infinitely for the second time. The crowd is stunned by this new summoning mode, known as "Chimera."
