Summary

Ning Guo Hao and his sister, Ning Xiao Jie, are attacked by two skilled assassins. Despite Ning Xiao Jie’s determination to help, Ning Guo Hao insists she escape, knowing they are outmatched. As the siblings are overpowered, Ye Quan, a powerful ally, intervenes and easily subdues the assassins. He demands information about his missing uncle, but the assassins refuse to betray their employer. After a tense confrontation, Ye Quan shields the siblings from gunmen and escapes with them. Meanwhile, the assassins report their failure to a mysterious boss, who seeks to uncover the identity of a woman linked to Ning Tian Ya.
