Summary

In this intense scene, a sudden lightning strike kills Da Mao (a cat) and two foxes, turning them into ash. An old eunuch dies from shock during this event. Wu Lao Er and Luo Si Wei discuss the aftermath, believing more is yet to come. They explore an underground palace, discovering a mourning hall with spirit tablets of Qing emperors. Unexpectedly, a fox appears and engages Wu Lao Er in a comically brutal fight, slapping and kicking each other in a manner reminiscent of street brawlers.
