Summary

Miao Yi, a shop assistant, is envied by his peers for his easygoing lifestyle, often spending time with the beautiful Lady Boss. While others wish to attend a grand birthday celebration, Miao Yi prefers to stay behind, believing he would merely be a servant. His colleagues insist he join, arguing he has been slacking off. The Lady Boss ultimately decides he should accompany them, despite Miao Yi's protests. Meanwhile, An Zheng Feng discusses Miao Yi's growing influence with Yun Zhi Qiu and reluctantly agrees to provide him with more resources. As Miao Yi prepares for the trip, he disguises himself, aware of the high-ranking officials he will encounter, and reflects on the Lady Boss's beauty as they set off together.
