Summary

Nie Feng awakens on the day of the Tiance cultivator conference after days of cultivation. Two men in black arrive to escort him to Tiance Mansion, a small garrison city where cultivators gather. Upon arrival, he notices the city is empty, protected by formations. As he observes the attendees, he recognizes members of the Heavenly Sword Sect, including Wu Ying Zhong and Elder Lei Heng, stirring old grievances within him. Qin Yang approaches, acknowledging Nie Feng's rising fame, but tension escalates when Nie Feng confronts Elder Lei Heng. After their departure, Nie Feng contemplates revenge against the Tian Ming Sect, sensing trouble as a commotion erupts at the city gate.
