Summary

Xing Jue battles a formidable soul monster resembling a fierce tiger, which unleashes smaller soul creatures with mid-tier God of War strength. Despite using powerful techniques, Xing Jue finds the monster growing stronger with each attack. Just then, Fu Yao arrives, wielding a high-grade spiritual weapon, the Frost Flying Sword, which she uses to significantly weaken the monster. However, after defeating it, she turns on Xing Jue, revealing her intent to kill him as per orders. Despite his attempts to defend himself with Devour the Soul, he is injured by her swift attack, realizing the disparity in their strengths. As Fu Yao prepares for another strike, Xing Jue seeks help from the Soul Elder.
