Summary

In a secluded village, an old Taoist recounts a tale about the Healer Village's past. Seventy years ago, a person with purple eyes, known as the Demon Leader, sought treatment after a brutal battle. Despite being a notorious figure responsible for a massacre, the Healer Village treated him, unaware of his identity. After his recovery, he returned to Shenzhou, leading to a devastating battle that resulted in heavy losses for all sects. The Healer Village, realizing their mistake, ceased treatment for outsiders and became the Secluded Village. The old Taoist suggests to Yi Fan that the Secluded Village may hold rare herbs necessary for his Core Formation, proposing participation in an upcoming hunting competition to request these herbs. Ye Piao Ling expresses interest in joining them, contingent on her performance.
