Summary

Wang Liu Lang, severely injured and losing blood, attacks the air in a frenzy, prompting confusion among his companions, Sun Pang Zi and the narrator. Despite their attempts to understand his actions, Wang collapses and later reacts violently when approached. As they prepare to leave with him, a mysterious voice warns them to abandon Wang or face consequences. The voice’s chilling presence overwhelms them, leading to a near-fatal injury for the narrator. However, the wound heals unexpectedly, surprising the unseen assailant. An old foreign man named Monroe eventually reveals himself, claiming that those who see him die at his hands, setting a tense confrontation.
