Summary

Xu Xian struggles against Fa Hai's control, expressing his unwillingness to sever ties with his family. Despite Fa Hai's attempts to assert dominance, Xu Xian's true self prevails, aided by Du Yu's powerful poem, "The Hungry Tiger Does Not Eat Its Young," which vanquishes the Void within him. Reunited with his family, they prepare to confront Fa Hai, who, in a desperate bid, transforms Xu Xian into the Black Maha Gāla, a demon protector, due to a dark vow he had made. This transformation erases Xu Xian's humanity, leaving his family heartbroken as they witness his loss of self and the ensuing chaos.
