Summary

Ye Feng, while exploring the forest, discovers a female eagle incubating two eggs in a nest. Seizing the opportunity, he stealthily climbs a tree to take a shot with his compound bow. Just as he prepares to shoot, a male eagle arrives with a monkey to feed the female. Ye Feng successfully kills the female eagle and, despite feeling a pang of sympathy for the male eagle's distress, he kills it as well. He gathers both eagles and their feathers for crafting arrows, contemplating the cycle of life and death in nature.
