Chapter 52: Is the Identity Insufficient?. [52]
Summary
Genzi reveals to Song Ren that his sister-in-law frequently visits and gives him money. Huang Ying, with an injured shoulder, brushes off Song Ren's concerns about her visits. A hug between them is interrupted by Ming Ming, who disapproves of Huang Ying's involvement with Song Ren. At a meeting, Xu Hui Chang praises Song Ren's recovery and inquires about their plans against the Black Sand Association, but Huang Ying explains they cannot engage in battles during the elder meeting selection. As they prepare to leave for a month-long competition in Hong Kong, Song Ren insists on seeing Song Qian Qian, expressing guilt for her condition. After a heartfelt farewell, they board a private helicopter, with Huang Ying showing signs of emotional distress. At the airport, a staff member tries to prevent Song Ren from following Huang Ying, leading to a misunderstanding resolved by Huang Ying’s authority. Once on the private jet, Song Ren becomes distracted by a flight attendant and learns from the Black Card about an affair between the captain and the attendant.Full content
