Summary

Xiao Yan and his companions learn about Yi Bo Cheng, an old man loitering in a tavern, who is actually Xiao Yao, the former clan chief of the Xiao clan. Despite his past glory, he now feels ashamed and lost, having watched his strength decline from the peak of four stars. Memories of his ambitious youth haunt him as he drowns his sorrows in drink, unable to face his kin. When he senses Xiao Yan's presence, he flees, feeling unworthy of returning to the clan. Ultimately, he decides to leave Gintama Town for good, burdened by guilt and regret, seeking solitude away from his past.
