Summary

Wang Wei gives Mi Xiao Jing a censer and incense in front of a Buddha statue, but Mi Xiao Jing hesitates to take them, fearing they might be sacred. Eventually, he uses his True Word Banner to collect them. He refuses to take a Buddhist scripture, sensing it would anger the Buddha. Meanwhile, a group of Nascent Soul cultivators struggles to breach a barrier at the Scripture Pavilion until Ji Long Xiang arrives and easily breaks through. However, they find themselves trapped inside as a Celestial Dragon attacks. Ji Long Xiang tries to escape but is thwarted by another figure who binds him and mocks him, revealing a larger conflict among powerful cultivators.
