Summary

Mo Wuji refined a flying shuttle and a broad-bladed long knife, the latter being a sixth-grade immortal artifact with a powerful aura. He prepared to challenge the fifth-grade Pill King and chose to refine the He Yuan Pill. Despite using a flawed alchemy furnace, he discovered a hidden storage restriction that contained a scroll with three pill prescriptions. The Glazed Blood Replacement Pill was deemed useless, while the Zhi Qing Pill, a seventh-grade immortal pill, was highly valuable to him. The third prescription, the Five-Clawed Purple Dragon Pill, was too advanced for his current capabilities. After refining the alchemy furnace, he upgraded his flame, Aoi Heart, to a first-grade immortal flame, realizing the difficulty of such an upgrade.
