Summary

The narrative follows Yu Du Xiu, a cultivator from a humble background, as he embarks on a trial journey from a Taoist temple to a wild forest. Unlike wealthy families who travel in carriages, Yu Du Xiu sets off early on foot, utilizing his unique Divine Movement Talismans to enhance his speed. Upon reaching his old village after three years, he warns the village chief about potential dangers from the upcoming trial involving powerful cultivators. Despite his concerns, the villagers hesitate to leave their homes for safety, valuing their livelihoods over their lives. Yu Du Xiu realizes he can only inform them, leaving their fate in their own hands.
